„Zombie“ was released in 1994 and it was the most successful song by The Cranberries.
It shall be deemed to be a protest song against The Troubles. For me, it is a song against war in general.

The video is quite simple but I like the contrast of the black-and-white-scenes and the scenes with the golden vocalist.
